Dear Ulju-gun residents! And netizens visiting Ulju-gun homepagae.This is the chairman of the first-term of the 8th Ulju-gun Council, Kim Youngchul.

Determined to make Ulju a more liveable place, we have finally opened the 8th Ulju County Council.
New adopted policies such as local councils’ independent authority over human resources and the policy support personnel system will give more support to local councils. And with this support, Ulju County Council will fulfill its fundamental duty of maintaining checks and balances on the executive body of the county administration to meet residents’ demands which are becoming more complex and diverse every day.
Also, we will quickly adapt to changes and trends and try our utmost to build an effective council that our times demand and that meets our residents’ expectations.
